Infocomm & Technology Professionals (CCP-ICTP)
Individuals will undergo up to 100% of On-the-Job Training (where applicable) to take on the role.
• Place-and-Train for new hires (up to 6 months)
• Redeployment for existing staff (up to 6 months)
• Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) for existing staff (up to 3 months)

Accounting Professionals (CCP-Accounting Professionals)
The CCP for Accounting Professionals is a programme aimed to equip PMET to convert into Accounting jobs via Place-and-Train modality.
• Place-and-Train for new hires (9 Months); and
• Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) for existing Accounting Professionals (3 months)

Human Capital Professionals (CCP-HCP)
The CCP for Human Capital Professionals is a programme aimed to equip PMET to convert into Human Resource jobs via Place-and-Train modality.
• Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) for existing HR Professionals (up to 3 months); and
• Place-and-Train for new hires (up to 4 months)

Professional Executives (CCP-PE)
The CCP for Professional Executives aims to support PMETs to transit into new job roles through structured classroom training and On-the-Job-Training (OJT) that are specific to business and industry needs.
• Place-and-Train for new hires (4 Months); and
• Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) for existing Professional Executives (3 Months)

Consultants (CCP-Consultants)
The CCP for Consultants is a programme aimed to equip RnF, mid-career professionals, managers, executives and technicians (“PMET”) to convert into Consulting jobs via the Place-and-Train modality.
• Place-and-Train for PMET new hires (up to 6 Months)

Retail Industry (CCP-RI)
The CCP for Retail Industry is a programme aimed to equip RnF, mid-career professionals, managers, executives and technicians (“PMET”) to convert into Retail jobs via Place-and-Train modality, and support employers to reskill existing Retail professionals whose jobs may be at risk of displacement via Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling modality.
• Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) for existing employees (up to 3 months); and
• Place-and-Train for PMET new hires (up to 6 months)
• Place-and-Train for Rank and File (RnF) new hires (Up to 3 months)

Tourism Professionals (CCP-TP)
The CCP for Tourism Professionals is a programme aimed to equip RnF, mid-career professionals, managers, executives and technicians (“PMET”) to convert into Tourism jobs via Place-and-Train modality, and support employers to reskill existing Tourism professionals whose jobs may be at risk of displacement via Job Redesign (JR) Reskilling modality.
• Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) for existing employees (up to 3 months); and
• Place-and-Train for PMET new hires (up to 6 months)
• Place-and-Train for Rank and File (RnF) new hires (Up to 3 months)

LHUB Skills and Career Advisory services was formed in 2021 with the primary focus to place LHUB SGUS graduates into employment. Today, in collaboration with our partner e2i, we support all LHUB trainees and graduates find rewarding employment by offering careers advisory and access to good jobs.
