Having strong communication skills aids in all aspects of life from professional life to personal life. Good communication skills are essential to allow others and yourself to understand information accurately and quickly, such as when preparing a resume or attending a job interview. Succeeding in one’s career requires good interacting skills with stakeholders. It will help individual to articulate well and do one’s job effectively with the ability to discuss problem, interact and build good human relation skills.

Course Outline
LU1: Plan the Story
- Introduction to the types of communication channels and tools that they can use in different work contexts and situations
LU2: Develop the Story
- Plan and develop the ‘story’ with the desired outcomes of communication in mind. The ‘story’ will vary based on your desired communication.
LU3: Present the Story
- Implement Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Techniques for Communications
- Apply EQ, Active Listening and Effective Questioning Effective Communications
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Statement of Attainment from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
Participants who have successfully demonstrated competence in all the knowledge and skills requirements in this programme will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG):
