Course Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the generally recognized practices of project management acknowledged by Project Management Institute (PMI)® to successfully manage project.
  • Prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam.


  • To sit for the official PMP certification exam, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
  • A degree
  • 36 months leading projects within the last 8 years
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

— OR —

  • A high school diploma (equivalent to GCE O-Level) or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
  • 60 months leading projects within the last 8 years
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

  • As this is an intensive 5-day course, please commit to the full 5-day schedule as absence or breaks in between would likely be disruptive to your learning journey.

    This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform. Participants must own a zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. This can be downloaded from

The participant will be able to attempt the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam after attending this course. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation. This certification validates their project management skills, knowledge, and experience.
