This unit is designed for persons typically at worker level with assigned responsibilities on WSH as representative or leaders among the workers. It would be suitable for person with little WSH background knowledge and skills. The unit is also relevant for small businesses operations and self-employed people.
This competency unit enables the learner to have the knowledge and skills to respond to, investigate and report organisational WSH incidents.

Participants are recommended to have attained the following before enrolling for the course:
- Reading/Writing: Level 4
- Numeracy: Level 4

Upon successful completion and assessment of each training module, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA).
SPUR funding is only applicable to all who are Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. Absentee Payroll Funding is also available for this program.
