Job Description:

Trainers' Recruitment

  • Assist in scheduling potential trainers for interview
  • Submit new trainer's application forms to MOM and SSG for accreditation
  • Preparation of contracts and management of proper filing system

Trainers' Management

  • Maintain trainers’ personal file
    • Update personal particulars, new certificates achieved
       
  • Training and development
    • Keeping track of the training records of each trainer
    • Support Training Manager in coordinating Train the Trainer sessions and other training programs
       
  • Performance management
    • Periodically review trainee’s evaluation on trainers and programs, review and keep track of complaints on trainers, coordinate sit-in sessions of trainer’s classes
       
  • Update trainers on new courses and curriculum
  • Trainers’ Dialogue session
    • Organize meeting / quarterly dialog session with trainers

Curriculum Management

  • Ensuring all courses are accredited/audited timely
  • Assist Training Manager in monitoring the trainers courseware development or revamp
  • Coordinate the translation of courses
  • Update all stakeholders on any changes to curriculum

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in course administration and training management
  • At least 1 -2 years of working experience in training industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
