Director, Consumer Sales
Joe heads the Consumer Sales Department. The department comprises of Direct Sales, Branch Management and Call-centre (individuals). He is responsible for managing the Direct sales island-wide road-show, day-to-day operations of our network of branches and sales centre and an in-house call-centre for individuals.
He has more than 19 years of sales, people management, customer service and retail operations in various sectors like Services, Banking and Finance, Insurance and Property. Some organisations he hailed from include Singpost, Citibank, OCBC Bank and Far East Organisation.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
Head, Capability Management
Harry heads the Capability Management Department (CMD). He has held positions in the Armed Forces, Oil & Gas, Retail and Continuing Education industries.
A recipient of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency’s (WDA) scholarship in 2013, Harry has risen through each industry by leveraging on the WSQ system and progressed horizontally across different industries.
A strong believer in continuing education has seen Harry developed his skills in different areas of the education sector, especially in the area of e-content development, eLearning architecture and Omni-channel instructional design.
In the blended learning space, Harry has worked with different partners and developers in creating different learning environments and curriculum that enable learning with the use of virtual simulations, interactive videos and engaging contents.
Harry graduated with 2nd upper class honours in Retail Marketing from the University of Stirling in 2015.
Head, Human Resources
Lucy heads the Human Resources Department. The department develops, aligns and implements Human Resource initiatives to support the overall business plan.
She has many years of professional working experience in human resource management in diverse industries ranging from manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical to food retail. Being a strategic business partner, she drives HR initiatives in support of business objectives and corporate goals and enhancing employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from University of SIM and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University.
