This course focuses on equipping managers and supervisors with necessary skills needed in monitoring and assessing their staff. This module lays a foundation of practices and behaviours which can be used by the trainees in their day-to-day work activities.
Pre-requisite :
Trainees who wish to take up the NSRS Supervising Assessor course will need to fulfill the following criteria:
• Have post-secondary education
• Completed and passed the NSRS Assessor Course and;
• Is currently an assessor
Certificate :
Trainees will get SOA from WDA after completion and meeting more than 75% attendance and passing the assessment
