Associate Trainer - Service Excellence

Requirements:

• Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification or its equivalent preferred
• Possess at least a Degree in any field
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in either Retail, F&B or tourism industry, preferably with supervisory / managerial experience
• Candidates must have minimum 2 years experience in conducting stand-up training
• Candidates who are effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin will have added advantage
