Associate Trainer - Productivity, Quality and Innovation

Requirements:

• Masters / Bachelor degree in Quality / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years experience in the implementation and coordination of productivity improvement projects
• Familiar with the various productivity and quality improvement tools and techniques such as Lean, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, etc
• Candidates with relevant experience in productivity & innovation work in the Service sector will be an advantage
• Candidates with certifications from organizations such as the American Society for Quality preferred
• Candidates with the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification or its equivalent preferred

• Statistical Process Control
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
• Value Stream Mapping
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
